O-rings must be added to AN fittings to provide a seal with the in / out ports. This is not a pipe thread (NPT) so Teflon sealing tape or compound must not be used. NPT fittings must not be used (not a tapered thread). O-rings are included with all ORB (o-ring boss) adapters and fittings.

Racetronix CKV-RF check valves are specifically designed with fuel systems in mind. The stainless valve and viton seal are compatible with most types of fuel / solvents. A low pressure spring and large flow paths keep restriction at a minimum while reliably maintaining pressure. Female ORB in and out ports allow for a standard AN / SAE straight thread fitting or adapter (with o-ring) to be used providing the ultimate in flexibility for system integration. ORB to AN adapters, AN male unions, AN male hose ends may all be used allowing this check valve to be placed in-line with hose or directly mounted to various fuel system components.
